Why operators work with Alpinete

Journeys in your own area

You see transfer requests that start or end where you already work: your airports, your valleys, your resorts.

You name the price

You send your own all-inclusive offer for each journey. You never drive for a fare you did not set.

Booked in advance

Journeys are confirmed at least 48 hours before departure, so you can plan drivers and vehicles.

Paid customers only

The customer pays Alpinete by card. You are paid after the journey, without chasing anyone.

How the price works

Every journey has a maximum: the price the customer saw when they searched. It depends on the route, the vehicle class, the day of the week and the season, so weekends and the winter season have a higher maximum than a quiet weekday. You send your own all-inclusive offer at or below it. You receive 80% of the offer you made, whoever chose you.

1

The customer waits for offers

The customer asks operators to compete. You and other operators in the area send offers. The customer compares the companies, their vehicles and terms, chooses one and pays online.

2

The customer books at once

The customer pays the Alpinete fare straight away. The paid journey is then offered to operators in the area, you send your offer and Alpinete chooses the operator.

Questions operators ask

Does it cost anything to join?

No. Registration is free and there is no monthly fee. Alpinete keeps its commission only from journeys you win, and you receive 80% of your offer.

When am I paid?

After the journey is completed and the customer has paid. Each payout appears in your Earnings with its date and reference.

Do I have to take every journey?

No. You send offers only for the journeys you want, at the price you want.

Who does the customer pay?

The customer pays Alpinete online by card. You do not collect money in the vehicle and you do not chase invoices.

Which documents do I need?

The list follows the rules of the country you are established in: your transport licence, insurance, and the papers of each driver and vehicle. You see the exact list when you register.

Is the maximum the same every day?

No. The maximum follows the route, the vehicle class, the day of the week and the season. Weekends and the winter season are priced higher than a quiet weekday, so the same journey can have a different maximum on different dates. You always see the maximum of a journey before you send your offer.
